The word “regress” means to return to a former or less developed state. The word “progress” means to advance or develop toward a better, more complete, or more modern condition. The conversations we have with ourselves and others indicates our mindset. Is your mindset regressive or progressive? Do you think more about the past and the painful or disappointing things that happened, or more about the future and the growth that you and society are going to be experiencing?
