KITCHENER — Another hookah lounge has quietly popped up in Kitchener at the corner of King and Scott streets. The Babylon Restaurant and Lounge is one of five known hookah hubs, where water-pipes with non-tobacco shisha, can be smoked in Waterloo Region.
