This first video in the series is all about really understanding what hypnosis really is. As a profession, we need a solid definition of what hypnosis really is. Here are some hints. Hypnosis is not relaxation. Relaxation is not even required for hypnosis. Hypnosis is not just trance. Trance is a component but, there is more to it. Hypnosis is not a particular level or brain waves and I’ll let you know why!
